We use human-centered principles of design to unpack the concept of dignity in jobs grounded in employee behaviors, emotions, aspirations, and sociocultural context, while leveraging AI-driven tools to analyze patterns at scale.

Open Access Evidence Base

An open access evidence base on the quality of jobs created by through impact investments to inform and influence flow of capital towards businesses creating dignified jobs for people living in poverty.

Contributing and Learning

Convenings of the Community of Practice to share data, experiences, and actionable insights by fostering shared ownership and driving collaborative action to advance investments in dignified job creation.
